Suburban Life Hospitality Group was founded in 2021 by Jeffrey Denmon, Bryan Hantes, and Jimmy Archie as a collective approach to creating exciting and inspiring hospitality brands and experiences and bringing the bustling urban dining scene to the suburbs. With 25 years of in-depth experience running restaurants globally paired with expertise of the commercial real estate and financing world, Suburban Life Hospitality Group is able to locate underserved areas of the marketplace and bring forth a memorable and immersive dining experience to the most desired suburbs of Dallas/Fort Worth.

  • Co-Founder & Partner

    With 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Jeffrey’s passion is developing new concepts and driving brands forward. Some of these brands include CRU Food & Wine Bar, Steel Restaurant & Lounge, and Princi Italia. Jeffrey co-founded Suburban Life Hospitality Group with Bryan Hantes to allow his imagination and creativity to run wild and bring fresh concepts to the underserved suburbs of Dallas/Fort Worth.

    Co-founding Suburban Life Hospitality with partner Jeffrey Denmon, Bryan brings 25+ years of experience in high-end, multiunit and national leadership. Bryan’s true calling and talent lies in developing and delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and fostering long lasting relationships throughout the restaurant industry.

    As one of the three managing partners of Realty Capital, Jimmy Archie has over 25 years of experience developing mixed-use communities throughout the DFW metroplex. He has seen first hand the difficulty in attracting high-caliber restauranteurs to the suburbs. To combat this challenge, Jimmy enlisted the help of restauranteurs, Jeffrey Denmon and Bryan Hantes, to create Suburban Life Hospitality Group to bring quality dining options to many of Realty Capital’s mixed-use communities.

  • Managing Partner

    Richard Myers brings over 40 years of real estate development experience to the Suburban Life Hospitality team. He is one of the three managing partners for Realty Capital and is also the founder and CEO of Dallas-based investment firm, Realty Capital Partners. His role for SLHG includes sourcing capital and managing investor relations.

  • Managing Partner

    Tim Coltart reviews and selects land acquisition and development opportunities for Realty Capital. With expertise in land entitlement, flood plain reclamation, financial analysis, public-private partnerships, and construction management, Tim has directed numerous multi-family and mixed-use developments. He is now putting his expertise to work for Suburban Life Hospitality Group.

  • Development Partner

    Sam brings 20 years of experience providing real estate and business strategy services to restaurant and retail clients. He facilitates the ground up development of Suburban Life Hospitality’s projects by working with local municipalities, general contractors, and consultants. He handles financial analysis, contract negotiation, market research, and commercial leasing.

  • Senior Vice President - Interior Design

    Leslie Bardo holds an interior design license and works closely with the development team to select interior finishes and procure furniture, fixtures, and accessories for Suburban Life Hospitality projects.

  • Director of Marketing

    Working alongside the Suburban Life Hospitality team, Abbey develops marketing materials, coordinates events, and handles the website design for the various Suburban Life Hospitality restaurants.

  • Director of Accounting

    Kelly Vance oversees Suburban Life Hospitality Group’s partnership accounting. Kelly interfaces with the property management and development departments in processing accounts payable/receivables, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and maintains all bank accounting functions.

  • Project & Property Manager

    Sarah Brown helps manage Suburban Life Hospitality Group’s numerous projects and works closely with the development team to aid in the ground up development process. She is acquires permits, communicates with city officials, and collaborates with contractors.

  • Director of Investor Services

    Emma McManus manages Suburban Life Hospitality Group’s relationships with shareholders and investors, preparing quarterly reports for all development projects, and pursuing new relationships with potential investors.

  • Director of Investor Relations

    Michael Mills is Suburban Life Hospitality's client-facing representative and manages current individual investor relationships as well as pursuing new relationships with potential investors.
